Roof services cover everything from leak diagnosis to full replacement, with the structure underneath treated as part of the job. Ridgeline Western Construction manages roofing surface work through our licensed roofing partner and self-performs the framing behind it — rafters, sheathing, fascia, and dry rot repair. Roofing itself—tile, shingle, flat membranes, new flashing, skylight installs—runs through our licensed roofing partner, and all of it schedules under our contract. We bring in licensed trades for any electrical or plumbing vent reroute that the project needs, manage the sequencing, and keep inspection steps clear from start to finish. One point of responsibility: structure by us, surface by our dedicated roofing partner, every permit and inspection accounted for along the way.
On occupied homes, we protect the space below, contain debris and insulation, and work to keep the home weather-tight day by day. For homes in fire-prone areas, we build Chapter 7A-compliant assemblies—approved underlayment, venting, and ember-resistant eave details—into the work by default and document it as required for code compliance.

Ridgeline Western Construction is owner-operated by Steven Moreno, a general contractor and framing specialist who is on every project from scope meeting through final walkthrough. On roof work, Steven brings the eye of a framer to every inspection — the first step is always checking what supports the roof, not just what covers it. This means problems like rotted rafters, undersized framing, or missed shear transfers get caught before the tear-off. When roofing surface issues reveal deeper structural damage, Steven is hands-on for repairs so the new roof isn’t hiding old problems.
