We schedule and coordinate their work under our contract so that rough-ins, inspections, and finishes happen in sequence without rework. Insulation, wallboard, entry doors, and garage doors are installed or managed as part of the overall project, but hardware choices and operation devices are typically sourced by the property owner to match personal needs.
Garages require careful phasing, especially for conversions or when a portion stays in use during construction. Ridgeline Western Construction is owner-operated by Steven Moreno, a general contractor and framing specialist who is on every project from scope meeting through final walkthrough. Garages bring their own set of framing challenges — from settling corner posts to overloaded headers above wide roll-up doors. Steven personally checks every structural member, catches hidden dry rot or shifted framing, and makes sure any conversion or new build starts with plumb, level walls and a sound slab. Our approach keeps the garage as solid as the rest of the house, whether it’s being rebuilt, upgraded, or turned into living space.
