What We Do With Home Offices
Ridgeline Western Construction handles the framing and carpentry needed to make a room function as a true home office. We open or move interior walls, add or widen windows for better light, and reinforce floor framing where heavy desks or storage are planned. When closets, bedrooms, or garages are repurposed, we modify original framing—sizing headers for new openings, setting studs for partition walls, and blocking for future shelving or cabinetry.
Finishes and interior details are built out around the updated structure. Drywall, insulation for acoustic and thermal comfort, trim work on windows and doors, and custom framing for built-ins are completed directly. Licensed electricians are brought in under our contract to upgrade outlets, run new circuits, and set up lighting and data lines, while licensed HVAC subcontractors adjust or install conditioning for comfort.
