Condo & Townhome General Contractor
Condo work is attached construction with shared walls, shared building systems, HOA rules, and tight access. Ridgeline Western Construction handles condo remodeling, structural repairs, framing corrections, water-damage rebuilds, and board-approved improvements while keeping ownership boundaries, permits, inspections, and association requirements aligned.
What We Build In Condo Properties
Ridgeline Western Construction self-performs the framing and carpentry needed inside condos: opening unit walls, reframing for layout changes, fixing subfloors, and replacing damaged or missing structural elements behind finishes. Every project starts by reading the assembly—Steven walks the unit, identifies which walls are party walls or load-bearing, checks for cut framing or undersized headers from past work, and coordinates with engineering if a structural modification is necessary. Moisture or water issues between units are opened, dried down, cleaned out, and rebuilt to the right sound and fire ratings before finishes go back.
All licensed subcontracted trades—plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and roofing—are coordinated and scheduled by us under a single contract. We prepare the city permit package, close out inspections, and handle HOA requirements like insurance paperwork, floor protection plans, and posted work schedules. Condo projects bring unique logistics: tight hallways, limited work hours, association rules, and real neighbors to keep safe and informed. We set up containment from day one to protect adjacent units and corridors, and plan the trade schedule to avoid crowding in limited-space projects.
When work hits balconies, walkways, or other areas governed by SB326, we bring in the required inspection documentation and frame to the current regulations. For party wall or common-area framing, we line up engineering and approvals before any opening, so the building’s original performance and code status are kept throughout the job.

Shower Remodeling
Shower remodeling upgrades your bathroom with new tile, fixtures, and waterproofing built into the framing. Ridgeline Western Construction manages the demo, framing, plumbing and electrical subcontractors, tile installation, glass, and finish work under one contract. You get a newly built shower to code with verified waterproofing and a single point of responsibility.

Interior Remodeling
Interior remodeling brings aging, damaged, or dated spaces up to current standards and codes. Ridgeline Western Construction handles every step: layout changes, kitchen or bath updates, framing repairs, and finish upgrades, all under one contract. We manage every trade, coordinate permits and inspections, and keep structure at the center of the job. Homeowners work directly with the contractor, not a sales office.

Sliding Glass Door Replacement
Sliding glass door replacement covers everything from a hard-to-open track to a failed seal causing fog inside the panes. Ridgeline Western Construction removes the old unit, checks the rough opening for water or rot damage, and installs a new door system that fits right and closes clean. Your replacement includes exterior and interior trim, threshold flashing, and weatherproofing, all built to current code and ready for city inspection if required.

About Our Condo & Townhome Services
Ridgeline Western Construction is owner-operated by Steven Moreno, a general contractor and framing specialist who is on every project from scope meeting through final walkthrough. Condo work requires a contractor who reads both structure and boundaries—Steven reviews the framing behind walls and ceilings before any scope is confirmed, checking for shared assemblies, concealed rot, or cut joists from earlier remodels. Because ownership stops at the unit boundary but the framing often does not, he makes the right call on what belongs to the association and what is owner responsibility before work starts.
For condos with party walls, stacked framing, and common-area systems, Steven’s framing background comes through in how every wall opening, header change, or balcony repair gets planned—with engineering, HOA review, and the right fire and sound assemblies rebuilt. His direct supervision ensures nothing gets missed at the seams between units, and that every repair or remodel closes out fully permitted and compliant with both city and HOA standards.

who we are
Ridgeline Western Construction is owner-operated by Steven Moreno, a general contractor and framing specialist who is on every project from scope meeting through final walkthrough. For us, general contracting means staying hands-on: framing and carpentry self-performed, direct field management during every sequence, and all licensed subcontractors signed onto a unified schedule. Each job starts with engineering and permitting mapped out and ends with a permit record the city and owner both accept as final. Every decision gets made face to face on the project, not handed down. That’s how we deliver accountable completion on each project, with all trades managed and every phase closed out properly.

What Our Clients Say about us..
"I connected with Steven Moreno at Ridgeline Western Construction about a year ago when I was scoping out a project. Steven’s knowledge blew me away from framing, additions, new construction, materials, etc. He broke everything down like it was nothing & in a way that I actually could understand. The company is based out of Fontana and covers a huge range from San Bernardino and Riverside all the way through Los Angeles and Orange County. So if you’re in that area and need a general contractor that you can rely on then I would highly recommend Ridgeline Western Construction to get the job done right."
