Ridgeline Western Construction self-performs structural framing and carpentry throughout hospitality properties—guest rooms, lobbies, hallways, service areas, and back-of-house spaces. On any reconfiguration, we open up corridor walls or room dividers, reinforce headers for new entries, and repair framing that shows water damage or high-traffic wear. Rated assemblies, such as stairwells or separating floors, get checked for compliance—load paths are traced, and any changes coordinated with structural or fire-life-safety engineering before work proceeds.

All specialty work is managed under one contract. We schedule and supervise licensed plumbing, electrical, and HVAC subcontractors, pull city permits, and close out inspections. Roofing surface jobs are routed through our roofing partner, but if wood or structural sheathing needs repair beneath, we handle that in-house. Projects are phased around guest occupancy: work is scheduled during low-traffic periods, dust and noise controls are set up at entrances and halls, and life-safety routes remain accessible.

Hospitality projects bring unique constraints—ADA access paths, brand or franchise standards, guest and staff safety, and coordination with city or fire department inspections. Where moisture exposure or heavy use is a risk, we spec moisture-resistant framing, corrosion-resistant anchors, and commercial-grade finishes that withstand the environment.
