All licensed trades—plumbing, electrical, and HVAC—run through subcontractors managed and scheduled by us, keeping the whole job on a single contract. Roofing is delivered via our roofing partner for any surface or leak issues. Permits, inspection coordination, and code compliance items (habitability, egress, GFCI, smoke/CO detectors) are documented and closed out, whether for city, insurance, or lender requirements.
For occupied properties or those changing hands, we phase the work to minimize vacancy and coordinate around tenant access. HOA approval packets, lender repair lists, or sale-related requirements are prepared and tracked along with the construction. Every job plan is built for the real timeline—turnover, inspection, or rent-ready—so nothing gets held up by missed framing repairs or open permit items.
