What We Do With Floors
Ridgeline Western Construction handles subfloor framing and all structural work beneath your finished floors with our own hands. This means we open up sagging, spongy, or uneven spots down to the joists, girders, and subfloor panels. Joists compromised by rot or termites are sistered or swapped out, and damaged plywood or OSB panels are replaced. The framing is leveled, anchored, and properly tied back into the rest of the assembly before we touch anything above.

If the job involves floor outlets, in-floor supply lines, or radiant heating, we bring in the right licensed subcontractors and coordinate their scope under a single contract.
