What We Do With Windows

If opening up reveals dry rot or termite damage, we cut back to clean wood and rebuild using dimensional lumber or engineered products as needed. For new or altered window locations, we check load paths and set the right header to support what’s above before tying in new framing.
We manage the supply and installation of new window units, coordinating finish carpentry, stucco or siding patchbacks, and all necessary trades under one contract. Any electrical that needs moving around a window opening is handled by licensed subcontractors through our project, with us keeping schedule and quality on track. Interior repairs, like drywall and texture, and exterior work, like lath and stucco, are sequenced so the job progresses logically from framing to sealed finish.
Project flow focuses on opening up only as much as needed and staging work to protect interior spaces and exterior finishes.
