Ridgeline Western Construction self-performs framing and structural carpentry on industrial properties, including new partition walls inside warehouse shells, reinforcing headers and openings for roll-up doors, anchoring equipment platforms, and repairing sections of framing or sheathing damaged by machinery or heavy use. We examine the existing slab, roof system, and wall materials—whether it’s tilt-up concrete, block, or a wood frame—before tying new work into the original structure. Mezzanine structures, impact repairs in dock areas, and carpentry around high-traffic service zones are handled in-house, always referencing actual building loads and permit drawings to keep structural integrity at the center.

On these projects, we manage licensed electrical, plumbing, and HVAC subcontractors under a single contract. City permits, plan check, and fire department reviews are handled through our process, with each inspection step documented. The construction schedule is designed around ongoing activity—work may be sequenced for nights or weekends, or broken into phases to coordinate with tenant moves and minimize disruption. Where landlord standards or manufacturing process constraints apply, those requirements are integrated directly into both the proposal and job schedule.
