Any changes to framing are checked to ensure new loads transfer down correctly—never hidden by finishes alone.

Full remodels, additions, and structural repairs run under one contract managed by us. Licensed plumbing, electrical, and HVAC subcontractors are scheduled and supervised start to finish, with roofing surface work brought in through our dedicated roofing partner. We handle permits, inspections, and keep the sequence moving so every trade signs off before the next starts. In occupied houses we phase the job around daily life—setting up dust control, arranging access, and keeping as much of the home open as possible. Where an HOA or architectural review applies, we prepare the necessary documents before the project starts. Material choices are based on real span and code requirements, using dimensional or engineered lumber and seismic hardware to build assemblies that last.
