Ridgeline Western Construction self-performs all framing and carpentry on single-family homes. We take on load-bearing wall removals, install new beams and headers, repair joists, and frame additions—always reading the structure in person before any demo or build. Junctions at rooflines, floor tie-ins, and foundation connections are opened, mapped, and rebuilt to carry the right loads. On every project, we check for hidden termite damage, rot, or previous substandard work—sistering or replacing wood as needed and rebuilding with approved metal connectors and hardware.

For jobs that involve several trades, we run the entire sequence under one contract. Licensed plumbing, electrical, and HVAC subs are scheduled and supervised directly by us, and any roofing is handled by our dedicated licensed partner. Permits are obtained and inspections with the city are managed start to finish—foundation, rough and finish sign-offs included. Home stays occupied? We plan dust barriers, temporary walls, and safe access, and phase disruptive work to cause the least impact on your day-to-day life.

Framing methods fit the house's age: old stock may mean new mudsills or additional support at patched floors, while newer homes often require engineered lumber and shear panels. Material deliveries and staging account for site limits—tight drives, narrow side yards, or limited street parking in older tracts. Each structural change gets built the right way, so building inspectors and owners both see and verify what's been improved.
