Ridgeline Western Construction handles the structural framing and carpentry in townhome projects directly—this means opening up walls or ceilings to inspect studs, headers, and beams, then repairing or reinforcing party walls and any shared assemblies as required by the real structure in place. We examine every wall for its load-bearing role and for the correct sound and fire separation, then use engineered or dimensional lumber with approved hardware to rebuild or strengthen what’s needed. If there is water damage along party walls or flooring, we coordinate engineering and photo-document all corrections before close-up.

Licensed plumbing, electrical, and HVAC trades are always brought in through us—one contract covers every step. Permits and association paperwork are submitted on your behalf, inspections tracked to the final signoff. Any exterior work that might tie into decks, balconies, or roofs gets coordinated with the HOA and with our roofing contractor to keep both city and association approvals current.

Townhome work comes with real constraints: HOA submittals, neighbor notifications, and logistics like protecting common hallways or obeying noise and debris rules.
